Date a girl who shops. Date a girl who is always checking out the new store instead of that cute guy who just walked past her. She won’t be needing any therapy because shopping beats therapy, anytime. It costs the same and she gets a dress out of it. 

You’ll be a lucky man if you find her. She will be more than happy to spend her time walking around everywhere with you to hunt for the latest coolest gadgets in town, a new outfit for Chinese New Year, groceries for your pathetic and empty fridge and a new fishing rod to replace the old broken one for your next fishing trip (even though she may not necessarily share the same passion for the sport itself).

You’ll recognize a girl who shops by the fact that she’s always appreciating beauty. She sees beauty in objects, in people, and in this world. She appreciates you for who you are.

It is easy enough to date a girl who shops. You won’t have to worry if you have to work overtime or shifts during the weekends. She’ll understand- When you’re back home after a long day of work, you’ll see your favourite chilli crab- from that popular crowded stall- lying on your dining table, and your fridge now full and happy again. She will shop for all your favourite foods, your new bedsheets and your new outfit for the upcoming festive occasion.

Date a girl who shops because you deserve it. She’s sweet, she’s thoughtful, she’s passionate and she’s appreciative. She may not know how to be most effusive person or how to cook your favourite dishes, but she will shop to give you the best of everything. ;)
